Sleep-Tite is a blend of 10 all-natural herbs, including California poppy, passion flower, valerian, and skullcap. OTHER INGREDIENTS: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate and sugar coat (calcium sulfate, sucrose, kaolin, talc, gelatin, shellac, titanium dioxide, anise oil, beeswax and carnauba wax).
DIRECTIONS: Adults take two Sleep-Tite caplets 30 to 60 minutes prior to bedtime. Some people may require less than two tablets to achieve optimum results. Do not exceed recommended nightly amounts.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:Store at 15-30°C (59-86°F). Protect from heat, light and moisture.
CAUTION: As with all nutritionals, women who are pregnant or lactating and people under medical care should consult their physician before taking this product. Avoid the use of antidepressants, sedatives, hypnotic medications or Monoamine Oxidase (M.A.O.) Inhibitors with this product.
WARNINGS: This product contains chamomile and feverfew and should not be used by any individual with sensitivity to any plant from the Asteraceae family. This product may cause drowsiness and should not be taken with alcohol or while operating a vehicle or other machinery. If allergic symptoms develop, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
